Property inquiries
Submitting a property inquiry does not obligate you to sell your property or enter into a transaction. We review the information you provide and may contact you to discuss your property and possible next steps. An inquiry does not guarantee an offer or completed transaction. Any property transaction is subject to a separate agreement.
Information accuracy and website use
Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You may not submit fraudulent information, interfere with the website, or use it for unlawful purposes. Website content is provided for general informational purposes.
Age eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or participate in the Motor City Property Partners LLC SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
SMS messaging program
Motor City Property Partners LLC offers optional text messaging about its property buying services. By checking the non-marketing consent box, you request texts about your property inquiry, appointment confirmations, requested property offers, and related updates. By separately checking the marketing consent box, you request marketing and promotional texts about our property buying services and offers. We send messages according to your consent choices.
Both consent choices are optional and are not selected in advance. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving a property offer. Providing your phone number or submitting the form alone does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
Frequency, rates, and delivery
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and support
